As concerns over coronavirus continues to increase in our county. We are following the moratorium on service disconnections and late fees for nonpayment. Per Executive Order N-28-20 issued by the Governor of the State of California. We will suspend the disconnections and late fees for non-payment through 31st May 2020 in response to COVID-19. However, we strongly suggest that you continue to pay your bill/assessment by the 25th day of each month.

On the 13th day of March 2020, the Board of directors of the PAPMWC acknowledged that we are very concerned and feel that you too are concerned about COVID-19. We are concerned about the wide spread of community transmission of the COVID-19 and your health and safety. Therefore, we have unanimously taken the following actions:
Effective immediately, no public walk-ins will be allowed to enter into the office, for general information please call (650)322-6903. To make your water assessment (bill) payment please drop your payment in the drop box located outside in front of the main office or by mail, with check or money order. Please do NOT –put cash in the drop box. If you are faced with an emergency with your water, please call (650)322-6903 and we will respond promptly. Any routine matters we ask that you please wait until this COVID-19 pandemic is over.
